I’d like newer KB articles to appear at the top, rather than the bottom. Is this something I can change as a default setting?
*I realize I can drag the new topics to the top, but I’d love a default setting.

Answer to this is no, but anyone wanting to be able to change the default sorting order of KBAs, should vote here -
