Is it possible to federate more than one Zendesk instance? We have two products — Productboard and Satismeter — they have separate Zendesk help content for users — and we’d like both to appear in our community search.

This isn’t possible at this moment. Could be a good idea to raise though.
I can think of a workaround using our Federated Search API, but that would be a bit more hands-on than “just turning it on” and would require a developer and/or our PS help.
