We are getting ready to launch our Community and are wondering if anyone could share the following:
- If there was an increase in customer leads over 6-12 after launch?
- If there was an increase in customer retention metrics 6-12 months after launch?
- How much traffic improved after launch.
We are tracking Community KPIs around members, engagement and self-service, but are trying to share with our board members the overall business impact from a revenue perspective.
We have the Salesforce ‘plugin’ and are looking to gain insights from that - hoping to get a 360 degree view of the member. What events they attended, what resources did they download, what do they currently own, etc.
