  • Use a title that speaks the voice of your users
  • Add a featured hero image and label that relates to the content
  • Discussing a specific product? Add a related product that relates to the content
  • Are you giving an update on a specific customer idea that one of your users requested? Link product updates & new features to specific customer ideas
  • Is the product update more complex? Then include a short FAQ at the end that covers the most important questions your users probably will have after reading it.
