Hi all,



you might have noticed some changes around here!?



We want to welcome you to our new, improved inSpired Help Center! We are super-excited to give you an even more inSpiring experience, showcasing our latest and greatest innovations right out of our developers bakery!



No worries, we are not changing too much, of course we stick to what we see is working really well - being there for you with inSpiring content and answers where you need them. To give you a brief overview of all the improvements:



inSpired goes public



We value your time. Having this community closed was hindering your colleagues to get their information quick, also we want to show how inSpired is a good example of a community-driven knowledge base that we all benefit of. That's why you can now access the inSpired community even without being registered.



Customer-only categories

Sensitive information (e.g. moderation policies) should remain private, that's in the best interest of the users of our platforms. Some areas of this community will only be visible to customers. Newly registered customers receive access to these within 48h (on business days).



New look and feel



New Banners, icons, fonts... A brand new look and feel, 100% aligned with our new company style. Pleasing to the eye, and we hope you will like it as much as we do!





New categorization



In the upcoming weeks, we will make some changes to our category structure. Next to some general information around the platform we will create a new space dedicated to our Community Managers, where we can discuss questions around KPIs and other items of relevance to the success of your community.



New features



Already spotted some of our new features? We are proud to showcase one of our latest improvements which we think can have a big impact on the experience of your community.



Recommended content (preview)

Recommend the content which is the most important for your users on your homepage. Different content types will be recognizable by a corresponding icon next to the title (Homepage shows articles now):







It's super easy to add content to the list via the [Homepage] menu in Control. It even includes a live search function, so you can locate and add content within seconds.



Once released, this feature can be activated optionally in your Control environment. However we can only recommend you to recommend your content this way.



Improved sticky topics (preview)

Some topics are evergreens. You want to give them the right place. We have changed the way sticky topics are being presented, this way your users will experience them in a new light while they are browsing a subcategory.





By default the title will use the "sticky" label as title, I have changed it via phrases to say "FAQs" instead.
