Where can I see ideas as a user

All ideas are posted to a dedicated ideas page which can be found by adding /ideas behind the community domain

 

Can I merge ideas?

Yes, you can merge the votes of two ideas together.

 

Can I configure my own idea statuses?

Yes, you can add, edit, delete your own idea status in the Control environment. There are no limitations on the amount of statuses but we do recommend to limit it to +/- 7

 

Which users can see, vote, reply and submit ideas?

That is up to you! Configure access to ideation per user role with permission in the Control environment.

 

How to link an idea to a product area?

From Control, moderators, admins, and community managers can assign one or several product areas to an idea from the topic moderation page.

From Destination, end-users can assign a product area in the topic creation page. This field will appear automatically if you have Product areas enabled. End users can only assign a single product area. We implemented this limitation for future improvements on ideation around auto assigning a moderator based on product areas.
