QOL improvements date picker

Add an option to click the year and month in the date picker for the moderation overview and the user overview filters. Or give the option to write a date like 01-01-1970 in a box.

Current version where you can go back and forward in time only by clicking on the left or right arrow.

Example in Windows:

Clicked on the month
Clicked on the year
