I would love to see you one day working on an app for your customers. Today it is only possible to use the community back-end via a desktop computer. On mobile it is simply impossible as we have to zoom to be able to see the interface and on tablet the experience is just poor.
Ideally, all the backend users could download an optimised inSided App that would work for all your clients (Admins, Community Managers, Agents, etc..) and eventually superusers.
I check often the community on the go and it is not handy to have to go get a laptop while I could just access it on my phone. Sprinklr and Salesforce have quite good App which integrates nicely complex Dashboards, maybe this idea is worth looking into.
