Does your moderation team like to order, categorise, and classify? You can use moderator tags to categorise and group topics together to easily find them again later. For instance, suppose someone thinks one of your products (a Sunburst Fender Stratocaster) is so groovy that they write up a glowing review about it on the community? Tag it and similar topics with ‘positive-testimonials’ - that way your product team can quickly jump into a list of all the great feedback that’s come through.

How To Add Moderator Tags To A Topic

  1. Open a topic in Control.
  2. On the Details panel, select the ‘Moderator Tags’ input.
  3. Add a new tag, or search for an existing tag that you want to reuse and select it. Add as many tags as you’d like.
  4. Done! You can now use these Moderator Tags to find topics.

How To Use Moderator Tags To Find Topics

  1. Go to Control > Forum > Overview.
  2. Click ‘Filters’.
  3. Click ‘Moderation tag’, then choose the Moderator Tag you want to filter by.
  4. Press ‘Update’, and voilà!

Tips & Tricks:

💎 Moderator Tags are private: only moderators can add them to topics, and they’re never exposed to your community members.

🎯 You can add multiple Moderator Tags to a single topic. Use comma, enter, or tab to separate each tag.

Is there possibility to see what topic has Moderation tag added? I mean that when admin or moderator browse the topics in community site, they should be able to see if there is Moderation tag added or not, without to open the topic to the Control.
