Map to account based on customer field in Zendesk connector

I have a customer that is getting ready to implement the Zendesk connect in their org, however the field that they use to map back to Accounts is a custom field in Zendesk.





It is my understanding that while we can push write custom fields from Zendesk to Gainsight, we cannot map to the Account based on those custom fields.





Is there any plan to make this available in the future?

Just circling back on this old post, but you can bulk map the Zendesk accounts to SFDC accounts using our Bulk Mapping via CSV functionality. Would this work for you? https://support.gainsight.com/Connectors/Technology_Partner_Integrations/Bulk_Mapping_of_Zendesk_Organizations_to_Accounts
