Noticed this yesterday:
People are pasting images in new threads and the admin view shows SOME images, but not all. however, on the customer view, the images are there.
Any ideas?

Hi,
normally there should be no difference in how / if images are loaded in the Control Environment vs. the frontend.
I have checked the topic from your screenshot and I see that there is also no image rendering in the frontend. Did you change anything in the meantime?
Currently, the text is a hyperlink that seems to point to a protected environment. It could be that the user did not copy it correctly and pasted the file name with hyperlink instead of the actual image.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that copy-pasting images always works without issues, this mostly has to do with the source of the image. I don't see this that often anymore though.
Let me know if you are still experiencing issues or differences here, then we are happy to investigate this further!
