Can I use Hubspot instead of Salesforce to pull data into the engagement dashboard?

We don’t use Salesforce within my organisation, so I was hoping there’s a way that we can integrate Hubspot to get use of the engagement dashboard within my community? Is this possible and if so, how can I do this? Thanks!

Remove 'posted date' from Knowledge base articles

Hi All, I was wondering if it was possible to remove (hide) the date an article was posted from visitors to our Community.We’d only like to do this for the content in our Knowledge base where we’ve got articles that were posted just over 4 years ago, and whilst the content has been updated over the years the article still appears as being posted in 2018. The feedback we’ve received is that some visitors may feel that the content is outdated due to when it was posted. If this is not possible, do you have any suggestions of how to best approach this, without having to re-post the articles and losing the GA data and helpfulness rating? Thanks,Nikhil

Can the new reply indicator be enabled elsewhere?

Hiya!This is probably a strange question, but I find the new reply indicator on inSpired really useful, but it’s not available on the OVO Forum and I can’t seem to find any traces of it on my sleeper accounts on some of the other inSided communities.It shows up as this setting for meAnd shows me when a new reply is on a topic:Is this still being tested, or could it be enabled elsewhere?

Same as title.Articles: Does the amount of "views" include users who are not logged in?We want to measure how many of our customers have viewed certain content and we need to take this question into consideration. Also, Can you confirm that if a person views the same page twice, the views get counted again?Thanks!

Regular login when SSO is enabled

I have a question regarding users who leave their orgs and want to maintain their user name and history.We currently have SSO enabled which allows them to login. If I manually reset their password, can they simply log in as that user bypassing SSO? Otherwise, we need a way to change his user credentials so he is the same person when he gets a new email address.

Can users resize images on posts?

Hi, it’s been my experience that users cannot resize images when they post. I can resize images when I post an article from the Control, but not when I create a topic. Just wanted to confirm that’s correct and I’m not missing something?There’s this previous Idea that implies this feature is available, but I’m not sure if it applies only to the Articles.Thank you!

Bug? 404 when trying to access control from Page 2 of an Idea

When I click on Control from the second page of an idea, I get a 404 error. Could this be a bug?If it’s not a bug, I recommend allowing us the ability to click into Control from the second page of an idea so we don’t have to go back to page 1 just to get into the control environment.

Hi, something I like about Zendesk Guide is the ability to create anchor tags to hyperlnk to different places in an article. We use this to create table of contents in longer articles.Is there a way to achieve the same thing in the inSided Knowledge Base?Thanks!

Events registration for closed community

Hi, we would like to plan events where registration is required. These are exclusive events, so only invited contacts are allowed to attend. It must not be possible to forward the event link!The participants are also not allowed to see the emails of the other participants (data protection). Can you tell me if this is possible in this way? Questions about customisation and theme

Hi folks,I’m working on a new look and feel of our communities, and I’m wondering where I can see the Warning button in action? What do I have to do to get it to pop up?Also, I don’t seem to be able to find where I can change the placement of, and customise the color scheme of the breadcrumb bar, any hints? :) in addition I’m wondering how I can customize the side widgets? Community Newsletter Ideas?

We’re planning to start sending our Community members a quarterly newsletter. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this, and if so, what worked well? If anyone’s willing to share a sample of their newsletter, I’d be interested to see that too! So far, we’re planning to include recently implemented ideas that originated on the Community, ideas from Community that will be released in the next few months, recent solutions/best practice discussion posts, member spotlight for some of our most engaged users, and info on our on-going product Q &A office hours. The hope is that the newsletter will encourage disengaged users to come back to Community.

Word that is forbidden in topics

Hi,Over on our Community, we recently received a complaint about this person trying to create an Idea in the Ideation section and running into a "Something's gone wrong” error. Upon further inspection, it appears to be that the word "local host”, without the space, is blocked and caused this error to occur. I actually ran into it again a few minutes ago trying to explain the use of it, in a Reply on a Question. We don't use the Keyword blocker.Is this word somehow automatically forbidden by the platform? Are there more words like this? Would love to hear that. Thanks!

How to order sticky posts in the way I want?

Hi there! I’m new to inSided, so still getting used to the platform. Sorry if this is an easy fix. In one of our groups, we want to stick/pin a few posts to the top. But, some pinned posts are more important than others, so we want these to appear at the very top. However, I think because these posts were created at an earlier date than the others, it automatically gets put to the bottom of the pinned posts. Is that correct? If so, how can I fix this? Would I have to create new topics? Thanks! Lewys

Using Qualtrics for surveys in Community

Is anyone successfully using Qualtrics surveys in their community to collect feedback from community members? Qualtrics is the survey tool my company uses and I’m exploring how to incorporate some sort of NPS/CSAT survey into the site that would automatically pop-up for every Nth user. I’ve seen discussions about exit surveys in the community but haven’t found any mention of Qualtrics. Thanks in advance!

How to be automatically notified of a new registered user

Hi, we would like to be automatically notified of new users registering to our community. Of course we can check the list regularly by hand, but it would be helpful to, for example, have an email being automatically sent to a responsible person when a new user registers. Is this possible and if so, how? I have searched for an answer, but have not been able to find one (but maybe I haven't looked in the right places :-)).

Dear Community,Is it possible to choose how many lines of text will be visible in the preview of an email notification?If possible, we would like to reduce it to 1-2 lines of preview instead of the full text preview so our users are more likely to click on the following button, view the whole tread, and engage in the community.We have the problem that many of our users don’t respond to comments or mentions as they can already see the content in the email. We assume it’s more likely for them to add a like, or engage, if they open the content.Completely removing the preview is something we might not want to do if our members are used to having this feature. Does anyone know how to remove the Title completely from Search Banner?

We have decided to use the Hero Image Itself as the title on the homepage. When I try and delete the Title completely when editing, it keeps defaulting back to a title I had put in when I had set up a trial account. So for now I just input a period but it still looks funky. If I can’t leave the title area blank would someone be able to direct me to the edit area in the platform where I can change the color of the title so it will at least appear invisible? Thank you!
