Hi all, A view of our users mentioned a button on our community. Niels Kamper and I have been searching all over our website, but couldn't find it. Is there any way our community members see different features than we do? Also: what does this button do? Translated to English, it says 'Mark all forums read'. Hi all, Question: it seems impossible to move multiple replies to a new topic (it is possible to move them to an existing topic however). Can anyone tell me why?
Members of my community often create the same type of questions and topics for discussion. In this connection, my moderators are transferring these new questions/topics to topics previously created by other users. And for some reason, these topics that have been moved to current topics are displayed here http://prntscr.com/mn8riv and when you click on them https://community.kyivstar.ua/topic/show?tid=26926&fid=19 https://community.kyivstar.ua/topic/show?tid=26684&fid=19 - 404 errors are displayed. Question. Is it possible to make it so that when clicking on an irrelevant link, a redirect will work to the actual topic to which this or that user comment has been transferred Thank you.
Hello I wonder if all Insided communities are not correctly displayed under IE11? I am aware of the fact that IE11 users are not the majority but.. Even if it's 2% of all Users of our website visitors, they should have a chance to see the website properly. How does it work for you guys?
Hi, Is there a way to have Topics sit in multiple sub forums without duplicating the content? I.e. One post sitting within both getting started and moderation tips and tricks, if some of the content overlapped. We have content/questions that could feature within our more general categories that cover the life of the product, as well as featuring in device specific categories. In instances where customers aren't using search, customers can miss content specific to them and end up repeating the question. Thanks!
It's great to be able to @mention in Control, but quoting in the WYSIWYG editor is a pain! I'd like to be able to quote and ... - Undo (Control Z) - Select all and cut (Control A, Control X ) - Move the cursor around the whole quote, including the bold 'wrote' heading - Move the quote around and add text before it, without the vertical line extending
Over the past little while we've seen intermittent error messages when loading pages within our inSided community. As of about 30-60 mins. ago, this is all we're seeing (assuming related to the U.S. outage message received not long ago?) Can someone provide any info. related to this and an ETR for when we can expect this to be fixed (both the current outage issue, as well as the ongoing errors we see?)
Hi! We are now using the widget, and we like it! We use the curated content to make sure the how-to's, FAQ's and training material are always displayed on the right page. We do this, because the sorting algorithm of the widget gives topics that have been answered priority (which I think is awesome). But because not all topics are about the full context of the page, we want to display some topics we've written first. Now: we have 101 topics that we've written ourselves, and I want to link those topics to the proper pages. I hoped to be able to tag the topics I've already done, and create a filter of topics I still have to do. What I would like is that I'm able to create a filter 'moderator tags' 'does not contain' '....'. Does anyone have a workaround? Note: we cannot use labels, because we use those for other purposes. For now I'm using the following workaround:

Remember the newest topic I've added as curated content
Remember the date of the oldes
Hi! First of all: happy new year to you all! 🎉🎉🎉 We are going to implement to embeddable widget in our software. We've only got one issue for our on-premise customers: since they can determine themself how their URL will look like, it is not possible to have the embeddable widget for them, unless we take on a load of administration to make sure all domains are in the trusted domains for the embeddable widget. Because we have a lot of customers running our software on-premise, and they change the url for time to time (when a new manager is in town, and he/she comes up with an even better url), the workload to get the trusted domains in sync is unacceptable. Simply to much red tape. There are two imho two options:

Make it possible to use the widget without trusted domains. But there are security/financial risks.
Have an API that can add a trusted domain to the list of trusted domains. There is a small issue here, because the validation for trusted domains
Hi! Can anyone tell me how to sort posts in the control environment's Forum Overview by "Last active"? As is, the default sorting seems to be based on number of replies, even when I've removed "Status" and "Replies" from the columns I choose to display. I can manually sort by clicking the "Last active" header, but I would prefer to see the most recently active posts automatically when I sign in. Thanks! P.S. As a follow-up, each time I leave the Forum Overview to edit a post, I have to re-sort the posts manually by 'last active' when I return to the Forum Overview.
Hi, We use phrases for notifications to users. A remark I keep getting is the possibility to include the 'reply' to the 'somebody replied in your topic mail', so you won't have to go to the website in order to see the reply. However: I searched and searched to get a list of variables that I can incorporate in a phrases, but I didn't found a list. Does anybody know what variables I can use in a phrase? Thanks!
Hi there, We're lately experiencing some problems with forumusers trying to exchange contactinformation (which is prohibbited at our forum, because they're minors). They remove the contactinformation within the time-limit set to change topics and posts. Is it posible to put off the ability to change posts within 60 minutes for registred users?
Hi all, i'm hopping other CM's can help me :) I want to submit a idea about making the login process easier, but i just don't know what would help. I only know i would really benefit from it. The problem: I notice that making an account or logging in is a big barrier for a lot of people. I get complains very often. And see that often other programs work better if i want a specific reaction from people. For example: I asked via e-mail to a bunch of customers if they want to write a review in a certain topic about one of our products.

A lot of people clicked on the link in de email to go to the topic to write a review. But less than 10% wrote the review.

I also tried it with a direct link to a online survey, this worked way better. So i think logging in is to difficult. (I don't want this, because then other customers can't read te reviews)
( We have login via SSO and e-mail) Does anybody have a idea to improv
Hi all, I have been using the :trophy:gamification module for almost a year now. And i'm wondering how you guys are using it. Off course Its nice that my users earn badges, bad i wonder if they even know it (because they don't receive a notification from it). And if they maybe need more triggers? For example more incentives. A while ago InSided was talking about a system for giving incentives to superusers trough gamification. It is still part of their long term vision, but it won't be done in the short term. So i'm curious how you use it :nerd: And maybe InSided have got some tips ? ( Ii also have ranks, based on that users can become superusers, with superuser benefits)
Hi all, I'm back with a new issue :) We have a problem with placing URLs while posting. I wanted to assign an URL to a specific text in the post (like in Word - highlight the text and add a hyperlink). I copied an URL, I highlighted a text, I clicked "Insert link" button... and nothing happens :( As I see editing this exact post, the feature works fine - I can highlight a text, click the "Insert link" button and a popup appears to specify the link. Can it be a restriction/bug of a staging environment? How can I fix it?
