Admittedly, I respond more from the backend than the frontend but this outline (that shows up as I create this very topic) seems new to me.
I’ve tried to hide it on our Community with CSS but I can’t make it go away.

EDIT: It’s showing up on the backend too. Argh! It’s so distracting.
