How do we add additional/custom fields to the user's profile so we can gather more information about them? (e.g. Linked Profile or Employer).

Hey Eddie, so if you just go to the /settings/profilefield/overview page in control you should see all of the settings for this - a variety of different input fields can be added to the registration form, and displayed / not displayed in the public profile according to your wishes :)
